What data we process
Browsing data. The systems that run the website automatically record some technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the date and time of the visit. This data is needed to run the website, keep it secure and detect any abuse; we do not use it to identify you.
Data you give us in the request forms:
- “Request Futuralleva” form (home page): first and last name, farm, email, phone, province;
- “Futuralleva Dati” form (home page and Futuralleva Dati page): first and last name, farm, email, phone, province and, if you choose one, the type of request (initial on-farm analysis, demo, tailored quote, other);
- “Request” pages of the Futuralleva area (/richiedi, /richiedi-dati): depending on the form, also last name, type of customer (private or business), tax code and VAT number.
Together with the request we record the chosen service, the language of the page and the date it was sent. Please do not enter any data other than what is requested.
Direct contact. If you email us, call us or contact us on WhatsApp, we process the data you give us (for example name, phone number, email address and the content of your message) in order to reply.
Cookies. The website uses technical cookies and, only with your consent, Google Analytics analytics cookies: all the details are in the Cookie policy.
Reserved area (Futuralleva app). For customers who use the app, account data and the farm data entered in the app are processed to provide the service, on the basis of the contract, as described in the Information notice for customers and suppliers.
Why we process data and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and get back to you (by email, phone or WhatsApp) to present Futuralleva or Futuralleva Dati, arrange a demo or an initial analysis, send you a quote and, if you wish, activate the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website and its forms secure and prevent abuse and automated submissions (spam). Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations and, where necessary, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To collect aggregate visit statistics with Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
We do not use form data for newsletters or for promotions unrelated to your request, we do not sell it and we do not pass it on to third parties for their own marketing. We do not carry out profiling or take decisions based solely on automated processing.
Providing your data
The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are needed to answer your request: without them we cannot get back to you. The type of request in the Futuralleva Dati form is optional. Consent to analytics cookies is freely given: if you refuse it, the website still works.
How we process data
Data is processed electronically, only by people authorised by the controller and with appropriate security measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the server and to the administration area, and protection against automated form submissions.
How long we keep data
- Requests sent through the forms and related correspondence: for as long as needed to handle the request and the follow-up contacts, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact if you do not become a customer. If you become a customer, data is kept as stated in the Information notice for customers and suppliers.
- Browsing data recorded in the server logs: 14 days, unless it is needed to investigate abuse or a crime.
- IP address used by the forms’ anti-abuse limit: 1 hour at most.
- Google Analytics data: the cookies last up to 2 years (see the Cookie policy); in Google’s systems the data is kept for 14 months.
After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.
Who we share data with
Data may be processed on behalf of the controller, as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR), by the providers needed to run the website:
- Aruba S.p.A. (Via San Clemente 53, 24036 Ponte San Pietro – BG, Italy), which hosts the server (VPS) running the website and the app;
- the provider of our business email service (Qboxmail platform, servers in Italy), through which we receive request notifications and email correspondence;
- Google Ireland Limited, only for Google Analytics and only if you have consented to analytics cookies.
Data may also be accessed by the controller’s staff authorised to process it and, where necessary, by advisers (for example an accountant or a lawyer) bound by confidentiality, as well as by public authorities when required by law. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy. Data is not disclosed to the public.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website server and email are located in Italy. Only if you accept analytics cookies may Google also process data outside the European Union, for example in the United States, on the basis of the EU-US adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
At any time you can ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise your rights write to info@futuralleva.com: we will reply within one month.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma – www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Changes
We may update this notice, for example if the website’s services or providers change. The version in force is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
